excellent stay with minor setbacks

helpful staff convenient mall good buffet

i liked the helpful staff , especially at the concierge desk. both ex and david remembered my name, and i appreciated our conversations. the shopping mall below had convenient foreign exchange services. the breakfast buffet had variety , but some daily changes would improve it.

it was sometimes hard to get a car , particularly a grab, from the hotel's location. the need to use two separate elevators to reach my room became a bit bothersome. the pool area remained shaded for a good portion of the day , limiting my sunbathing opportunities.

the concierge provided really good service, including personalized recommendations and assistance with transportation , but some of the other staff members could improve their english proficiency , which caused occasional misunderstandings.

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym with treadmills and weights, and the pool area has comfortable loungers , though the pool does lack direct sunlight during parts of the day due to the building's shadow.

easy access shopping mall friendly staff check-in process street noise night inadequate soundproofing security deposit

i stayed for a couple of nights and the location was superb. it was easy to access the shopping mall right below. there were massage options in the nearby streets. the check-in process through the app was a definite plus. the staff was friendly , i found them to be helpful and attentive.

the windows didn't block out enough noise from the street at night , it made it difficult to sleep. the soundproofing felt inadequate. also , they placed a large hold on my card for the security deposit and it took a while to get it back.

excellent stay

central location modern decor comfortable bed friendly staff

the hotel is centrally located above a shopping mall. this provides convenient access to shops. the seaview room featured modern decor and a comfortable bed. the swimming pool area included modern sun loungers. staff members were consistently polite and friendly .

soundproofing was not sufficient as i could hear street noise at night i recommend asking for a room on a higher floor if you are sensitive to noise

comfortable loungers express laundry

I found the sun loungers by the pool very comfortable and plentiful. the staff at the pool were attentive to my needs and provided prompt service. i also appreciated the express laundry service. It was quick and efficient. breakfast had plenty of choices. I especially liked the fresh fruits.

Balanced stay

spacious room nice furniture internet fee central location

The room was spacious. It was also furnished nicely. I liked i could open the doors to the balcony. Leaving the doors open was a nice feature.

The hotel is in a central location. this location does not meet Hilton standards. you must pay USD 10 per day for high speed internet. Even hotel guest need to pay this fee.
